Volunteer with TMI Project
TMI Project Volunteers
We love our volunteer family. Volunteers are an integral and important part of the TMI Project community. They help us run live events and performances and share our love of true storytelling. Our volunteers have a passion for social justice, theatre, and/or writing and, most importantly, they believe in our mission of changing the world, one story at a time.
What do volunteers do?
Our volunteers help out at our live performances and events, primarily in front of house positions, including:
- Box office / ticket sales
- Merch sales / donation collection
- Ushers
- Show and event crew setup
No previous experience required: every volunteer shift includes an easy training session!
Why volunteer for TMI Project?
- Volunteers receive free admission to live, true storytelling events (with exceptions to our yearly Voices in Action Gala)
- Volunteers learn firsthand the ins and outs of producing a live performance event
- Volunteers will have the opportunity to meet new and interesting people who share a passion for true storytelling, theatre, and writing
- Volunteers receive free TMI Project t-shirt as a thank you for donating your time & efforts!
