Locker Room Talk's Kingston Debut!

Sunday, November 9th, 4pm

Kingston High School Auditorium
403 Broadway, Kingston, NY

Join us for the first ever Kingston Screening of our award-winning documentary Locker Room Talk on November 9, 2025 at Kingston High School, the setting for the film, and the place where it all began.

Locker Room Talk is a documentary short that chronicles a group of Kingston High School football players as they participate in a TMI Project memoir writing and storytelling workshop designed to confront a hyper-masculine culture, and redefine what it means to be men.

The screening will be accompanied by a panel discussion featuring former Kingston High School football coach Jeramie Collins, who stars in the film, as well as co-director Eva Tenuto and other featured guests. We are excited to welcome Coach Collins back to Kingston for this special event. Before the screening, we’ll project a special slideshow with community messages!

Directed by TMI Project co-founder Eva Tenuto and Beth Davenport, Locker Room Talk was created in partnership with A Call to Men, a nationally acclaimed organization that works to transform society by promoting healthy, respectful manhood and offering trainings and educational resources for companies, government agencies, schools, and community groups.

Locker Room Talk has been awarded Best Storytelling in the Best Documentaries category at the Montreal Film Festival, as well as Best Short Documentary at the Defense of Democracy Film Festival.

“There isn’t a day that goes by, anymore, that there is not a story in print or video covering the crisis of boys and discussing masculinity. Locker Room Talk goes well beyond the hand-wringing and the blame game to demonstrate a healthy approach to meeting the emotional needs of boys on the brink of becoming young men. The film’s approach clearly demonstrates a respect for these young people and a desire to capture the nuances of their journey through this program. I think Locker Room Talk will kickstart many beneficial discussions.”
